About Us

Australian College of Training (ACT) is a nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation (RTO).  At ACT we are continually working to develop comprehensive learning resources to ensure that students are taught both relevant skills and underpinning knowledge to work with their companies to compete in global markets.

Australian College of Training (ACT), a 2008 winner of the Australian Training Awards and the 2009 Meat Industry National Provider of the year, as well as finalist in the Training Provider of the Year 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011 & 2014.

The College began in 2003 as a small business and over the years has grown into a $3M modern campus in 2009. Now ACT delivers over 70 qualifications from many training packages across a range of industries including business, food and meat processing, manufacturing, agriculture, retail, hospitality, training and assessment, and transport and logistics. The College provides training to small and large companies with multiple shifts and with multiple format training delivery. Learning and assessment strategies are tailored directly to multiple occupation pathways within the industry and within companies.
